College Wall Art has developed core ethical business practices and standards that promote high-quality work environments and exceed appropriate federal, state, and local labor standards. A key element of our corporate mission has always been to conduct ourselves in such a way as to support and enhance our community and our country. As a small business, an employer, or a supplier of collegiate licensed products, we strive to influence wherever we leave an impression positively. We regularly meet with business partners to ensure they understand our Corporate Responsibility Program and Code of Conduct. Through regular communications, we ensure that our suppliers and business partners operate under the same high ethical standards that we maintain. We are affiliated with the Fair Labor Association and join the FLA in promoting and protecting workers’ rights.
